  • TCP Collectives are small, relational gatherings of pastors and ministry leaders who meet regularly to share a meal, learn together, and encourage one another in gospel-centered ministry across Chicago.

  • TCP Institute courses, facilitated by The Chicago Partnership and hosted by local churches, offer affordable, accessible theological training to congregants who may not have the time or resources to attend a Bible school or seminary. Learn more here.

We create spaces like the Lead the City Conference and gatherings so you can build meaningful connections, collaborate with other leaders, and know you're not doing the work alone.

  • Lead the City is a vibrant, diverse, multi-denominational gathering of Chicago leaders, organizations, and congregations - bringing everyone together for encouragement, fellowship, and to celebrate the beauty of Christ’s church in Chicago.

  • TCP hosts topical gatherings for local ministers and leaders, often in partnership with local organizations. These spaces offer a chance for discussion and learning around a particular topic, as well as time for connection, worship, and prayer with peers. Visit our events page for current listings.

  • Chicago Delivers was an initiative that launched in spring 2020 as an emergency effort to provide groceries and meals to vulnerable residents during COVID-19.

    Today, it serves as the benevolence arm of The Chicago Partnership, coordinating collaborative responses with our TCP Partner Churches and organizations to meet local needs as they arise.
